How to identify your iPhone model

Not sure which iPhone you have? Here are three ways to check.

The model number, starting with A, is printed on the back of older iPhones near the bottom edge and on the original packaging. Match it against Apple’s identification page if needed.

Important: If you have a MacBook Air 13″ released before 2022, M1 2020, it has a different body and is not compatible with our cases for Air 13″ 2022–2026.

To maintain the quality and appearance of your apparel, please follow these guidelines.

• Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C
• Use a gentle spin cycle, 600–800 rpm
• Do not tumble dry
• Hang to dry naturally
• Iron inside out at a cotton setting
• Do not iron directly on the print or crystal embellishments

Care · phone & laptop cases

To preserve the look and quality of your case, please follow these guidelines.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight — UV rays may cause discoloration over time
• Handle with clean hands — contact with cosmetics, oils, sand or creams may affect the surface
• Avoid storing your case with keys or other sharp objects
• For MacBook cases: ensure ventilation slots remain unobstructed during use
• Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth — no solvents or abrasive cleaners

Size guide

Measurements in centimetres. Our apparel has an oversized fit — if you are between sizes, choose the smaller one for a more relaxed look or the larger one for a more boxy silhouette.

Detailed size table per category will be added with finalized measurements: chest, length, shoulder and sleeve.

Personalization rules

You can add a name, initials or symbol to your case for free.

• Maximum 12 characters, Latin alphabet
• Available metalware: Gold, Silver
• Symbols available: ♡ / ★ / # / , / - / @
• Optional zodiac symbol

Delivery options

We ship across Romania and the European Union. Delivery times exclude weekends and Romanian public holidays.

Personalized products require 1–2 additional business days for production before shipping.

Returns & refunds

According to OUG 34/2014, you have the right to return non-personalized products within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason.

• Items must be in original condition with all labels and packaging
• Return shipping from RO is free; EU returns: customer covers the shipping cost
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product
• Original delivery cost is not refunded

Warranty

All Kauffman Concept products benefit from the 24-month legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery, in accordance with Legea 449/2003, modified by OUG 140/2021, transposing EU Directive 2019/771.
